We currently offer shipping exclusively within Kenya. Due to the handcrafted nature and unique preparation of our products, please allow 3 to 14 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Each item is carefully crafted and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Transportation costs will be added during checkout.

Each of our products is unique, crafted with care from a mix of raw materials and handcraft techniques. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within Kenya if notified within 7 days of delivery, and returns must reach us within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, email us at info@seedling-designs.com with "RETURNS" and your order number. Items must be in new, unused condition with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping costs, import duties, and other levies are non-refundable. Items will be refunded if they are unused, in the same condition as received, and returned safely. Please include the original packaging to reduce our carbon footprint. Seedling Designs is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns, so we recommend using a tracking service.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. Refund processing may take up to 14 days. Products purchased during sales or discount periods are not eligible for refunds.
